Providing Valuation Services for over 30 years.

AXIA Valuation is a specialized-service real estate appraisal and consulting firm with extensive experience. Based in Independence, Louisiana our team covers vast areas of rural America in four states.

For several decades AXIA has focused on rural America. This area of land comprises 80% of all land in the continental US. This is the land that provides the space needed for so many vital demands of the nation. AXIA’s clients know that the challenging assignments, the vital assignments, are the assignments that this team is most able to complete.

The Founders of AXIA are not involved in brokerage or development. AXIA only provides appraisal reporting and valuation services. AXIA has a small team with intensive experience. AXIA does not turn out a high volume of appraisal reports with a large staff in delegated tasks. When true precision matters, AXIA is ready to go to work.
